Brussels Sprouts with pasta

  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. Sweat the onion and garlic in the oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions are translucent.
  3. Shred the Brussels sprouts with a knife of food processor.
  4. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts and cook until tender and lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
  6. Toss the pasta with the cooked vegetables. Serve straight away.
