Chana Masala
I have used this recipe from the Guardian, which compares various recipes. I use two tins of chickpeas with their water, the convenience of tins over the planning ahead of the overnight soak etc of cooking the dried chickpea works for me.
This is a delicious curry, and currently my favourite, does take time, but well worth it.
I can make 6 portions, with 250g of basmatic rice.
