Veg Stir Fry with Rice

Very quick dish, once the veg chopping is done, the dish can be done in less time than it takes the rice to cook.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice with the spices*.
  2. Whilst the rice is cooking, heat the oil in a wok.
  3. When oil is hot, add the ginger chilli and garlic stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the broccoli to the wok, stir fry for two minutes, then add the other vegetables.
  5. Stir fry the mixture for two minutes.
  6. Add the cashew nuts, sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce, and stir fry for another minute.
  7. Serve the stir fry on a bed of the cooked rice.
